your product

If your jewel does not suit you and you wish to return it, you have 14 days
to send it back to us for an exchange, credit note or refund.

  1. Let us know by e-mail at [email protected] or by telephone: 01.88.40.17.60
  2. Print and complete the attached form: Return form.
  3. Return the item ordered in its case with all accessories and, as far as possible, in its original condition and packaging. In the case of an exchange, please return the product in its cotton pouch in a bubble envelope by recorded delivery.
  4. Place everything in sturdy packaging and send the parcel by recorded delivery to GRAAZIE's address: 3 rue de Stockholm 75008 Paris - Patchwork.

2Repair service
and sizing

We offer a repair service (soldering, gilding, etc.) to restore your jewelry or bring it up to size.

To do so :

  1. Let us know by email at [email protected] or by phone: 01.88.40.17.60
  2. Print and fill in the attached form: Repair form, indicating the purpose of the repair or details of the sizing.
  3. Return the item ordered in its pouch.
  4. Place everything in sturdy packaging and send the parcel by recorded delivery to GRAAZIE at 3 rue de Stockholm 75008 Paris - Patchwork - Service de réparation.
  5. Upon receipt of your jewelry, we will be able to send you a repair/sizing estimate within seven days. If your jewelry is still covered by Graazie's 6-month warranty, we'll send you a new piece.

3Change the color of your precious diamond's link

If you want to change the color of your link, you have several options: 

  1. The link will be sent directly to your home address so that you can change it.
  2. You can send us your bracelet Mon précieux Diamant so that we can make the change, to the following address: GRAAZIE, 3 rue de Stockholm 75008 Paris - Patchwork.
    Once changed, we'll send your bracelet back to you by recorded delivery. 
  3. You can come to the same address so that we can make the change on the spot.

GUARANTEE

Your jewel benefits from a 6-month international warranty, from the date of purchase shown on your invoice, against any problem resulting from a lack of conformity or manufacturing defect.
If such a defect is found to exist during this period, the item will be exchanged if possible (stock available) or reimbursed free of charge.

The guarantee on the jewels concerns demonstrable production errors. Any defect must be previously noted by our technical services.

The warranty does not cover defects resulting from :

  • Theft or loss.
  • Intentional damage; damage resulting from improper use, such as scratching, bumping or dropping; damage resulting from lack of care.
  • Normal wear and tear or ageing of materials used.
  • Mistreatment (impact, crushing, etc.), accidents, alterations, transformations.
  • Any work not carried out by us which may expose your jewel to damage for which we cannot be held responsible.
